There is one en-suite bathroom within the property and a second downstairs bathroom for the second tennant

There is a shared lounge attached to the kitchen and a multi-purpose front room.

The house has an enclosed, secure back garden with cycle storage capability.

Heigham street is situated 5-10 minutes walk from the city centre. It is also located in close proximity to local amenities including some of Norwich’s finest pubs
