I'm looking for a housemate to join me in my lovely flat in the city centre - NR2. We are less than 10 mins from Chantry place and Castle Quarter, 5 mins to the coach station, 25 mins walk to the train station.
2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, ground floor flat with a garage, bike storage and a communal garden. Large kitchen and larder.
Comes to around £550 p/m including bills. Unfurnished but I own a lot of the communal furniture, which has been updated since the photos. Photos of the room to come. Room has a large built in wardrobe, large window to rear overlooking the garden.
Living with me, 28 yr old professional, currently works 1-2 days in the office, the rest from home. Enjoys baking, outdoor activities and a trip to the pub. Pretty chill, friendly housemate, always up to share the cooking or a movie and popcorn.
Move in date around January, but can be flexible.
