Nice room available soon single/ couples

Hello I've a nice double room available from the end of December as my current lodger's are moving on. The advertised rent for £500 is for a single person it’s £650 for couples. it is a well cared for room spacious with a double bed in double sized room. It’s furnished and i also have 2 outdoor sheds if more room is needed for storage. . A large living room nicely decorated and comfortable and a fully functional kitchen with washing machine tumble dryer ECT. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. This is a home so secure and safe with nice neighbors (mostly elderly) in a quiet area. I work part time so am not here too much and am quite a quiet person who does not live a party lifestyle.. I'm usually out and about on my days off.. There's a nice outside area to sit with plants. Washing line and full sunshine. There's also bay parking right outside the flat. I have double glazing and gas Central heating. I live opposite a large playing field with outdoor gym equipment. You can see the bus stop from the window busses are regular every 20 minutes it’s about a 20 minute ride to the city centre. (If you don't drive)The local shop is 2 minutes away and Tesco extra is 20 minutes walking or 5 minute drive. Cycle route is direct to city centre. All bills included, including council tax and broadband.
