Nice room available soon single/ couples

Hi I have a nice double room available the beginning of September. Ive been having lodgers for 5 years now and my present lodgers will be moving on soon. It’s a furnished room recently decorated with a double bed wardrobe computer desk and chair set of drawers bedside tables and a tv. I also have 2 outdoor sheds if any storage is needed. There’s a large living room a galley kitchen and the bathroom has a shower and a bath. You would be sharing with just myself and my Labrador . Im a quiet person who doesn’t live a party lifestyle. I’m close to all amenities and bay parking is available just outside the flat. I have a small terrace with a bench and plants and full sunshine in the summer. I live opposite the bus stop that goes directly to the city centre and a large playing field there’s also a cycle path and wooded areas for walking. It’s £650 for couples or £500 for a single person this includes all bills including broadband and council tax .
