Double Room / Earlham Rd / Friendly

We are looking for an easy going housemate, who is happy to live with pets in our semi-detached home a short walk into the city centre, and a short bus/cycle to the UEA.

The room has a new double bed+mattress, storage, and more can be purchased depending on your needs.

Downstairs there is a good sized living room, and a dining room / kitchen space leading to the garden. The garden is a small size, or a large courtyard garden, with a BBQ and room to entertain.

We have a cat and a dog, where the dog is still a bit puppy-ish and can have excitable moments (though sleeps most of the day). They both have the run of the house so you have to be open to living with pets.

One of us works from home, and the other studies, and we are looking for someone who is tidy (doesn't leave dirty plates for weeks) but not too high maintenance. We work in writing / art so would maybe suit someone similar.

The room is available for £400 a month as a rolling agreement, and no deposit is required, where I would expect at least 1 month's notice if you hope to leave / I would give at least 1 month's notice if for whatever reason I would need to make use of the room in another way. I am also open to having a long-term agreement, which can be discussed after a viewing.

All bills are included in the price.

We'll be making a judgement on who gets the room based mainly on who we chime well with, where (also given covid and potential of spending lots of time together) our priority is having a wholesome, easy atmosphere.
