Large bedroom available in top floor modern new build riverside flat. Bedroom has its own bathroom (opposite side of the hall). Fantastic location just by the river! 10 minute walk from the city center. There is a private gated outside area that is shared with neighbors and a great seating area near the river for sunny days!

The flat is fully furnished apart from your bedroom - you will need to bring/get your own bedroom furniture. The room is bright and spacious has been kept lovely and clean by my current housemate. Your bathroom is a decent size and has a shower, bath and heated towel rail.

I’m a 28 year old professional looking for a kind and fun housemate to live with. I love films, fashion and writing. I’m vegetarian and I enjoy cooking - so if you are too, even better! (You don’t have to be of course). I’m also really in to sustainability and try to be eco friendly where I can! I’d love to live with someone I can be friends with but also gives me my own space. I am a social person so I do have friends over sometimes - but it’s not a party flat! I’m tidy and house proud but not anal about it. I’m very chill - I don’t mind if you come home late or leave a spoon in the sink once in a while!

The flat is pet friendly and I do have a small house bunny who lives in my room. He does spend time in the communal area so it won’t work if you’re allergic to fur! He’s curios by nature and would love to live with someone that will give him lots of love and affection. Don’t worry, he is litter trained!

The £585 includes all bills - parking is an additional £75pm if you would like it (secure, underground). There is also a secure space to put a bike. If you would like to bring a pet it’s an extra £25 per month.
