NR1- Modern and close to city centre with parking

Cosy house in a quiet street close to the city and easy walking distance to the train station and Riverside.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside drawers and has mostly private use of the bathroom which includes a bath and shower. There is a tv point in the room (but no TV provided). You will have largely private use of the main bathroom as I have an ensuite.

The property has a shared open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a lovely garden and there is underfloor heating downstairs so it is cosy in the winter.

I have 2 pet rabbits who live in the garden but do regularly come inside so not suitable for other pets or people with fur/hay allergies.

There is parking available and space for bikes in the bike shed at the front of the property.

Water, broadband, TV license and council tax are all included but there are no Sky, Netflix accounts included. Electricity is also seperate due to varying prices, this is split 50/50.

I am looking for a housemate who is clean, tidy and considerate.
Ideally a professional who is not required to work from home regularly (due to electricity prices) and who may be able to rabbit sit when I am away.

I am very social and have lots of hobbies so I would like a housemate I can get on with but also has their own hobbies too.
