Letting our house on Alexandra Road from December 15-January 5 (3 weeks) as we are away.

April 1- 24 - Rent for this time is £780 incl of bills.

You will have access to 1 furnished bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen + use of garden.

For use by a single person. Not a couples room.
No parties.

All bills included - Broadband, TV, Water, Electricity, Council Tax, Gas (fair use of energy).

Also inclusive is some cleaning support - two 1-hour cleans during your stay.

The house is a 10 minute walk to the city with easy/multiple bus routes to the train station, UEA and NNUH (from both Earlham Road and Dereham Road).

Great location - several bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Ideal for someone who wants a base while looking longer-term or for a visitor to Norwich over Easter.
