Golden Triangle short-let - for single person use

Letting our house on Alexandra Road from December 9-January 8 (1 month) as we are away.

The rent for the entire house (1 bedroom, living room, sitting room, bathroom, kitchen, garden), for the 1-month time including bills (council tax, tv licence, internet, water) except heating/electricity which will be on actuals (as per smart meter) is £800.

You will have access to 1 furnished bedroom, bathroom, living room, separate dining room and kitchen + use of garden.

For use by a single person only. Not a couples room.
No parties.

Also inclusive is some cleaning support - three 1-hour Saturday cleans during your stay.

The house is a 10 minute walk to the city with easy/multiple bus routes to the train station, UEA and NNUH (from both Earlham Road and Dereham Road).

Great location - several bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Ideal for someone who wants a base while looking longer-term or for a visitor to Norwich over Christmas.
