Beautiful DR house share with ensuite in NR2

Beautiful recently restored terrace house in the middle of NR2 Golden Triangle of Norwich city. 10mins walk into the centre of Norwich and 15mins by bike to UEA and NNUH Hospital. Surrounded by independent cafes, bars, restaurants and some of the best green grocers and bakeries.

I am looking for a lovely housemate to share my home with for maximum 3 months from end of May. Minimum stay 1 month if 3 not possible. Its fully furnished to a very high standard as recently renovated. Great neighborhood with awesome people living on the street for good community.

The room is a light bright double, with all new furniture, mattress and a new double rain drop shower en-suite off your bedroom. Desk also in the room to use with chair and shelves for storage.

Living room has a new wood burner and spacious dining room off kitchen.

Sweet south facing sunny garden, private non-bisected great in summer to sit and work outside or have coffee and bbq's.

Parking on street is available with a permit and safe space for bike storage.

I am away alot in London and travel globally for work, so plenty of privacy. But looking for someone where we can live together with ease when I am at home, sometimes cook together and hang out.
