Double room with its own bathroom

A double, furnished room with all bills included is available in my 3 bed house. There is an open plan living and dining room, plus a good-sized newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier and WC downstairs. All the bedrooms are upstairs. My room has on en-suite so the upstairs bathroom would effectively be yours. The third bedroom is set up as my gaming room with Xbox series X and pc set up which you are welcome to use when I’m not.
I will be getting a cleaner to come in every two weeks.
There is a multi gym, bench and punchbag in the garage, available to use.
The house is located within an easy walk of the university, hospital and local supermarket.
There is unrestricted on-street parking.
The living room has a 60" TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney. The property has Sky fibre optic internet, also included. I have a very friendly Alsatian called Caesar, so someone who is dog friendly is a must. Looking for a professional person or couple (£100 extra pcm for a couple). No children.

I am a 31 year old male, I work for the emergency services and do do shift work so will sometimes need to sleep though the day. I like gyming, gaming (board, video and tabletop), kayaking, airsoft, films and going out for food.
