Riverside Apartment - Double Room

*Looking to rent room - Probably from early May due to being away most of April*

Quiet apartment in the Riverside location of the city, overlooking the river with a balcony. All bills included. Room recently decorated with new furniture, and although not en-suite has a private bathroom across the hall for sole use of the tenant. Shared living/kitchen area with all amenities included. Smoking is ok but only on the balcony.

Parking is not included so this would need to be sourced privately by the tenant if necessary. I do have a neighbour whom has previously rented an extra space under a neighbouring apartment block at an extra cost, so this could be an option pending application.

Preference is for a working professional who does not work from home (at least not on a regular basis).
