What we have to offer...

Hi there, I'm Marinella. We are looking for a lodger or a couple to share our house with.

We are offering a very large double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and own private kitchen. There is a spare room that could be used as a dining room/ siting room or as office space at an additional cost per month if required.

All bills are included in the £750 monthly cost. Couples would need to pay an extra £100 a month to cover extra bill costs. The space is essentially a self-contained flat within our family home (with shared access). All rooms provided are fully furnished. We also offer shared use of our washing machine.

The house is located in Sprowston, Norwich which is a great loaction. We have space for parking, for one or two additional vehicles if needed. We are a 10 minutes drive into the city centre, 10 minutes drive to country walks, and 2 minutes walk to a bus stop. The bus takes you straight into the city centre within 25 minutes.

About us

We are a family of three, four if you include our dog. I am a Primary Teacher, my husband is an Artist / Playground Designer & Builder and our daughter is 9 years old. We are quite easy going, open minded and creative, and are looking for someone with similar interests. We like being sociable but we also like our own space and quiet time.

What we are looking for?

Ideally we are looking for a longer term lodger but this will depend on the right candidiate. Smokers are fine but no smoking is permitted in the house. Friendly and house trained dogs will be considered.

References will be required, as well as a deposit of £750.

Viewings can take place from the 1st March onwards.
