Large Double Room In Norwich

I am looking for a clean and tidy person. Must be a NON SMOKER, to share a quiet 3-bedroom house. 15 mins walk to the city center, on all main bus routes. Warm clean accommodation. Permit Parking costs approx 24 pounds for 6 months period.

The Room has a kingsize bed, with four storage drawers underneath, 1 double wardrobe, 1 large walk-in wardrobe,2 chests of drawers, one bedside table, a desk and a full-length mirror.

Every bedroom is lockable with its own key. Every bedroom has a smoke alarm, fire door and TV point for a small television. No cinema screens, please.

Modern fully equipt kitchen, cosy lounge dining room with TV. WiFi Internet.

Each person has their own fridge-freezer and their own large food cupboards.

There is a cleaning rota system in place in the house, so only apply if you are prepared to take your turn with the vacuum cleaner and cleaning the bathroom
