A double bedroom partly furnished available from the 18th June 2022. This is my room and I need someone to replace me! It's in a 3 story Victorian home, this room available is on top floor, you have this floor to yourself with shared shower room, as the room next door to you is a storage room! We share a second bathroom on the middle floor. Living room, dining area, bathroom on the ground floor with a shared kitchen. This house is a quiet household, due to housemates working or studying! Really friendly household all together. I mentioned pets, we have a lovely and friendly house cat called pip! If you do have pets already will have to ask the landlord. Lovely area of NR2, close to shops, pubs, restaurants and any transport connections with only being 15 walk to the city centre!
