Double room with office

Hi we are looking for a third house mate to join us next year in this newly refurbished town house just round the corner from chapperfield.
We are two really easing going girls both studying at NUA, graphic communication and design for publishing going into our third year.
Rent is £425 a month plus bills. If you drive you can also pay and extra £30 for the year for a parking permit but there is day car parks very close either at chaperfeild or at the end of the road for day guests.
you’ll get the back room. Which comes with a double bed, wardrobe, side table and your own office space that’s next door to the room. All bedrooms are very spacious, lots of natural light and white furniturting which gives you a blank canvas to make the room very personalised! Dm us if interested.
