Double room in golden triangle

Hi, I have a spare double bedroom available in my flat near Unthank Road in the Golden Triangle.

In your double bedroom there is a double bed, drawers and hanging rack for clothes.

In the shared spaces there is a kitchen with washing machine, bathroom and there is also an outdoors covered patio area, which is great during the summer for barbecues.

The flat is in a great location - it's close to town (20 min walk), UEA (25 min walk) and the hospital (40 min walk). There are also lots of bus routes from Unthank Road around town.

I am the only housemate and I am a maths teacher in Norwich. I try to keep things quite tidy around the house but also a cleaner comes once a month (and is included in the price).
