Looking for 1 person to take over my tenancy ASAP, due to personal reasons. In a house with 3 boys and 2 girls (very friendly and outgoing), first year going into second year.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe with mirror and 2 drawers, desk with 3 drawers, chair and bedside table with 2 drawers.
