Bright and quiet single room in postgrad only house, sharing with only 3 other housemates.
The house (see video of whole house in ad ref: 13845961) is on a quiet road near UEA. NNUH and Science Park are a 10 minute cycle ride away through parkland, avoiding the main road.
All bills included and no fees.
The room is south facing on the first floor, and furnished with a single bed, bedside table, desk with operator chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving lamps and mirror. (Since this video was taken - the bedframe is now modern wood).
There are 2 loos and 2 bathrooms shared between the 4 housemates.
A spacious and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with 2 fridge freezers, a range cooker, new Siemens washing machine (dryer in outhouse), microwave, all pots pans, crockery and utensils.
A sunny south facing lounge with leather sofas and tv; fast broadband.
Suntrap garden.
I am a private landlord and aim to ensure a peaceful, homely and well maintained house for the 4 postgrads who live there.
As your security is paramount, the property is fitted with fire safety doors, hard wired smoke&heat alarms/carbon monoxide detector and external security lights.
There is on-road parking, and secure bike storage to the rear.
Gas and electrical certificates are up to date.
