The property is fully furnished with double-glazing and wifi access throughout. The large kitchen/diner is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, and benefits from underfloor heating. There is a shared living room with TV; a separate shared dining space plus a communal ground floor WC. The cleaner visits once a fortnight.

The bedroom and bathroom are in the converted loft, making up the whole top (second) floor of the house, furnished with double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

All bills and council tax are included.
