Nice double room in conveniently situated maisonet

My youngest daughter is leaving for university and her bedroom will become available in October. I plan to redecorate it and make it very like the room advertised in the picture,
which is a single room. There will be the addition of a desk and chair in your double room, along with a hanging rail for clothes. Please do come and visit. You can then imagine how your double room will look; I can even provide bedding if required. The other room will be being air b and b'd until November, so there may be a guest staying in the room next door until the start of November.

I am a friendly, sociable person. Working early, I should be back by 4.30pm. You are welcome to use the lounge but I possess a TV license so you can have a TV in your room if you'd like. There is fairly speedy WiFi and a Netflix login. Sharing the kitchen is also totally fine - there is ample cupboard and fridge space for two people. The bathroom is small but cosy and has a straightforward shower with good water pressure.

Bills are all included. It's very toasty here in the winter!
