My name is Becky, and I am 38 years old. I love to chill in front of the TV, go out with friends for drinks or dinner, I like to use the gym and am very conscious of personal space.

I am looking for somebody to come and share my beautiful house with me in NR7, in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, near mousehold heath and just round the corner from the brickmakers.

Included in the rent is a good sized double bedroom, fully furnished with bedding included if required. Includes ottoman double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, shoe rack and 2 bedside drawer units. There is an upstairs bathroom with shower and separate bath, as well as downstairs toilet and utility area.

The house is spacious and also has a garage and shed for storage purposes. The garden is a lovely sun trap in the summer months. There is also plenty of free parking on street and on the driveway.

There is a gas cooker and fully equipped kitchen, with access to use all of my cooking equipment, including slow cooker.

There is a washing mashine and tumble dryer and includes a cleaner every 2 weeks, who also does gardening.

You will have the house to yourself a few evenings and some weekends as I stay at my partners house.

The room is available on a temporary basis for maximum of a year until I move out, but could potentially be kept after this with agreement from the landlord.
