Double room

Hey,

My name is Catherine, I'm 36 and have a double room going spare. It has built in wardrobes, bed, chest of drawers, TV and fire stick for your use if wanted.

Located just outside of the city in the Heartsease area, it's a 40 minute walk to the city or there is regular buses that go every 10 minutes. Easy access to the NDR and a47.

You would have a parking space on the driveway and a wood burner in the living room for toasty nights too.

A little about me, I work full time as a farmer, I'm training in Kung Fu and I like to socialise with friends for dinner dates.

I am looking for someone who is tidy and respectful, likes to chat and get involved but also likes their own space. The walls look bare with no pictures, you see welcome to make it a home.
There is a third smaller bedroom upstairs for and hobbies, I used to have a gym in it.

You will be sharing the house with Michael 40, an ambulance dispatcher, he is in the theatre and enjoys puzzles with a glass of red. Michael has 2 boys aged 12 and 7 that he sees every other weekend.
He also spends most his time with his girlfriend at her place.
