Single room for short let August

ROOM AVAILABLE for short let from 5th August until end August, possibly also September. Minimum 2 week stay.
Beautiful, spacious flat overlooking St Augustines Street, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The room is bright and sunny and full of character. The flat was built in 1680 and has lots of exposed oak beams.
The bedroom is on the top floor and the only other room on that floor is the bathroom, which gives a self-contained feel.
The bedroom has a very long eaves cupboard for storage which contains two hanging rails for clothes. It is furnished with a 3/4 double bed and a chest of drawers. The windows have brand new sound-proofed secondary double glazing and blackout blinds.
There is a shared bathroom, an additional downstairs toilet, large living room, separate dining room and private patio outside. You would have sole use of the bathroom in the mornings.
Parking passes available for small charge.
