Large double - 14 weeks short let

Hello,
I am looking for someone to sublet my large room with a king size bed, wardrobe, bookcase and chest of drawers starting 1st February until 14th May 2025.

Minimum stay is 8 weeks, max 14 weeks. Preference is for someone to take it for the whole 14 weeks. I am moving out as the house I am buying is completing earlier than expected and the tenancy on this house ends at the end of May, the landlord is currently planning on selling the property.

I have absolutely loved living here, the remaining housemates in this 3 bedroom city centre house are David (36) and Bella (26). Located a stones through from the station and the river. It has a lovely south-facing patio garden, option for on street parking, and even a spare room, which is currently set up as an office with a double bed, for guests.

The house includes:
Shared living-room and kitchen.
2 bath/shower rooms
Washing machine
Dishwasher
Pantry
South facing patio
Guest bedroom in the 4th small bedroom (this will not be let out)
All the usual bits and bobs….

We like to call the house our home and keep it homely, welcoming, clean and tidy.

The sub letter will be sharing a bathroom with Bella (David uses downstairs wet room).

A bit about David and Bella:
David: Pub Quiz master and photographer: chilled, likes to cook, enjoys a movie night, glass of wine, etc.
Bella: School librarian, big into reading, veggie cooking and the gym.

We are looking for someone who will slot into our friendly home and is open to hanging out when we are all around.

Cost includes bills.
