I’m Georgia, a London-working Marketing Manager looking for a lodger for my renovated 2-bed terrace house. I’ve been sharing my home for 3 years to travel more and live in London throughout the week.

I’m looking for a clean and respectful person to live with (+ a good sense of humour is almost essential!) I’m very tidy so someone equally as tidy helps. I’ve lived with my current lodger for 18 months, he’s sadly leaving to move in with his girlfriend.

I rent a flat in London close to work but return home frequently. The room would be best suited for someone looking to live solo but save a bit of money.

WFH can be arranged, I will just make cost adjustments depending on how many WFH days are needed. Likewise, should I transition to WFH, your rent will be adjusted to make it fair!

Gardening is my old lady hobby and there’s a gorgeous garden with lots of plants, big patio - plus, it’s a sun-trap 🌞🌺🪻

Additional £175 p/m for 50% of bills owed at time of rent. Tax band B.
