Double room in NR3

Hey, my name is Janos. I'm looking for someone to share with in my current 2 bed terrace house located off Spencer Street. The room will be available from November 1st.

I’ve been a tenant here for a couple of years, got a good relationship with the landlord, he is a friend and lives abroad, neighbours are lovely. The best thing about this place is it is secure, won’t have to worry about being chucked out with 2 months notice and no reason. I am looking for someone between 27 and 47 who is not just a lodger but also a buddy/friend/pal, who might like occasional shared cooking and hanging out every now and again.

I'm a mature student at UEA, part time bartender and like gaming in my free time. Because I will be studying and working I’d like a fairly chill house, another mature student or masters/PhD would be ideal or someone just looking for something on the quieter side. I enjoy going to see live music, particularly heavy, psychedelic rock. I smoke but not in the house. I have a cat called Mildred, she's super lovely and scratches only in the designated scratching zone. Because Millie's always been an only cat, and she's 14 now I wouldn't consider someone who also comes with a cat.

I like a clean house and look after the place, but not obsessed with it. I enjoy shared cooking because it's nice not having to cook every night and am omnivorous but eat mostly veggie. I think I'm easy to get along with, like to have a chat or spend an evening hanging out occasionally, but also have my own schedule. I have to live with a liberal-minded person.

In terms of furniture, I've already got most of the communal bits (sofa, white goods etc) but there'd still be plenty of space for another person’s stuff. A new boiler was recently installed.
