Double Room In Norwich

Max 3 person house share.
We are looking for a clean and tidy third person. Must be a NON SMOKER, to share a quiet 3-bedroom house. 15 mins walk to city center, on all main bus routes. Warm clean comfortable accommodation.

The Room has a double bed, 1 double wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, a bedside table, a computer table, and a full-length mirror. All bedding supplied if needed.

Every bedroom is lockable with its own key. Every bedroom has a smoke alarm, fire door and TV point.

Modern well equipt kitchen, cosy lounge dining room with TV. WiFi Internet.

Each person has their own fridge in the kitchen but will share a freezer with one other person.

There is a cleaning rota in the house so that everyone does their fair share to keep the house clean and tidy.

Permit parking in street outside the house, cost aproximately 26 pounds for a permit lasting 6 months. Cheaper if you buy for 12 months.
