Fully furnished including 40’ TV. Parking for 1 vehicle and all bills included. Space will be available in fridge and freezer and use of kitchen and equipment and washer dryer is welcome.
Female live-in landlady is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys reading, travel, food and dress making.
The successful applicant will be employed, considerate and respectful but most importantly must be good with cats as I have 2 indoor house cats. Their happiness and safety is paramount.
1 month in advance with payment monthly or weekly going forward.
Ideally would like a long term tenant but will accept shorter terms. The tenancy period will be agreed upon after a 1 month trial period to ensure suitability for all parties.
You will maintain cleanliness of the room and used common areas.
None payment, anti social behaviour, damage/mistreatment to the property or its furnishings or harm/mistreatment of the cats will all result in immediate tenancy termination.
