Lovely double room in a quiet area of Norwich

Hey there! I've got a fantastic double room available for you. It's got a cosy bed, a comfy mattress, some storage space, and even a TV for your entertainment. Plus, we've recently installed new blinds and equipped the rooms with smart accessories like lights and heating.

If you need it, I can hook you up with a private network for our 900mb fiber-to-home broadband. It's lightning fast!

Now, here's a little bit about me. I work for the NHS Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, and I also work from home & an out of home office, so I prefer to keep noise levels at a minimum (within reason, of course) and I need privacy in the office when working from home. I'm an early riser, usually up by 6 a. m., and I hit the sack around 9 p. m.

You'll find that the room is tastefully decorated and upholstered, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Oh, and I have the cutest cat named Einstien. He's a sweetheart and loves cuddles, so I hope you're a cat lover!

The kitchen is equipped with new appliances like a hob, oven, and a spacious fridge freezer. And to make your life easier, I also have a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer (all high-quality Bosch appliances, except for the fridge freezer which is a high quality new LG)

For your entertainment needs, I've got large entertainment TVs, an Xbox, and a Blu-ray player. You won't be bored here!

If there's anything you need for the house, I'm more than happy to purchase it for you (within reason, of course). Your comfort is important to me.

It would be awesome to have someone who's easy to get along with. Let's be friends and maybe even do things together. But hey, if you prefer some alone time and just want to focus on your own stuff, that's totally cool too!

We've got great neighbours, and the area is nice and quiet in Norwich. Plus, you'll find bus stops nearby, so getting to the city centre is a breeze (only 10-15 minutes away).

Little side note I have ADHD/ASD so I can be a little socially awkward and shy and I can from time to time forget not to bang my feet up the stairs.

I do a Sunday roast most weekends and your welcome to share, I’ll supply the dishwasher tablets and some laundry tablets/soften (reasonable use though please)

There is a slight surcharge for couples to account for extra bills. This depends on individual circumstances but will range from £50 - £150


The room is decorated between each lodger with new bedding and towels. There are good quality plates and cutlery available and there are used pans available to a reasonable extent toilet roll fabric softener detergent and basic consumables are included as long as it’s reasonable use
