The flat is fully furnished and equipped with all expected amenities, high-speed internet (1 Gig), new carpets, and blinds throughout. A small office/utility room (spare room) is also available, featuring a desk (PC not included), tumble dryer, shelving, and additional drawers, ideal for home working or extra storage.

Parking: Free on-street parking is available within Templemere and surrounding areas.

Transport Links: Excellent access to Norwich city centre, with both a bus stop and Beryl Bay located less than three minutes away.

Utilities: The property is powered solely by electricity (no gas). A fair-use policy applies, any electricity use exceeding £100 per month will be charged to the lodger.
