Due to Army commitments, I am away approximately 99% of the time, leaving a spacious double room available for rent. I will only return to the property on occasion, typically for routine checks every 1-3 months.

The room available features a double bed with under-bed storage, a wardrobe, and multiple drawers, providing ample storage space and comfort.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped with all expected amenities, high-speed internet, new carpets, and blinds throughout. A small office/utility room (spare room) is also available, featuring a desk, tumble dryer, shelving, and additional drawers, ideal for home working or extra storage.

Parking: Free on-street parking is available within Templemere and surrounding areas. I typically use Shipfield Road, as parking within Templemere can be busy at peak times.

Transport Links: Excellent access to Norwich city centre, with both a bus stop and Beryl Bay located less than three minutes away.

Utilities: The property is powered solely by electricity (no gas). A fair-use policy applies, any electricity use exceeding £100 per month will be charged to the lodger.
