All bills are included in rent, and the first month rent is paid (March).
The room comes with 2 desks and 2 wardrobes, and lots of storage, so is suitable for either couples or single occupancy. The tenant/s must be a full time student. The living room/kitchen is very spacious and comes with 2 ovens, 2 fridge freezers and 2 microwaves, as well as a washer/drier and a dishwasher. A cleaner comes to clean the kitchen once a week. The property is a 10 minute walk from the university, and about 10-15 minute walk to Aldi. There is a lift in the building to get the the flat. The flat itself is split over two floors, and this room is upstairs with the kitchen and one other room.
Rent is on the 11th, and this month is already paid (March), meaning you will only need to pay for 4 months out of the 5 month tenancy.
