It is a ground floor double bedroom in a 5-bedroom house with double bed, reading table, wardrobe and cabinets. Shared toilet and showers in the ground floor which is shared by one other room. The contract is up until end of August 2024. Permit parking is available.
The flat mates are British and south Indian and very friendly. Bills are shared and approx. £33 per month per person currently. Students as well as professionals can stay. Rents £460 pcm and security deposit £500.
