4th Housemate needed

We are a group of 3 UEA students (2 studying creative writing and literature and 1 studying psychology) whose 4th flatmate dropped out from the tenancy and so need another student to replace them. The house is a townhouse on Caernarvon road with 4 double bedrooms, one bath (with shower and tub combo) spacious living room, dining room and a galley kitchen. We are very creative people and love a crafty night. We’re clean and tidy people so would need a flatmate who does their fair share of cleaning too. (There is no council tax as we are all students)
