Two graduating NUA students seeking a third housemate, with one of us returning to do a Masters degree in the coming autumn.
Property has three bedrooms, and a shared bathroom (with shower over bath) and living room as well as an extra downstairs room we typically use for hobbies and drying washing.
Property has permit parking with a second permit becoming available when the current housemate moves out.
Damage deposit of £515, rent £450 per calendar month and bills (unihomes provided) coming in at £30 a week per person.
Town centre only 25-30mins walk away, bus stops nearby that go to city centre, and plenty of amenities on the popular Unthank Road.
