The rent includes all bills and basic household essentials (e. g., cleaning products), as well as access to all communal areas including fully equipped kitchen/diner with washing machine and dishwasher, spacious living room with comfy sofa and TV, bathroom with bath and shower and downstairs WC. The house features super fast fiber Wi-Fi.

There is a spacious enclosed private garden, shared use of a large garage and off-road parking on the driveway. A Konectbus bus stop is just a 7-minute walk away.

Note: You will share the main upstairs bathroom with only one other person.

Rent:

Single room: £550 pcm (bills included) for a single occupant.
Double room: £650 pcm (bills included) for a single occupant or £850 pcm (bills included) for two occupants.
