Private student room for rent

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy ending in August, this month is already paid and is suitable to move in as soon as possible. The room is also available for a renewal for next year if required.

Room in a shared student flat, suitable for couples or single occupancy.
The first months rent is already paid (paid on the 11th of each month). The contract ends in August.
All bills are included within the rent price.
There is use of a spacious shared kitchen (2 fridge freezers, 2 ovens and 2 microwaves, with a washer drier and dishwasher). The room itself is an en suite and has 2 wardrobes and 2 desks, and a lot of under bed storage.
