I am the current tenant looking to replace another tenant who is leaving at the end of the year due to personal circumstances. Ideally the new tenancy would start from 1st January 2025 however it can be flexible (around a week or two).

There is an abundance of local amenities close by including large supermarket (Morrisons), Pharmacy (Boots), Dentist, GP, Bars, Restaurants and coffee shops. A full size swimming pool, cinema and bowling alley along with Norwich Train Station are all within a 5 minute walk. There is also easy access to the A47.
