Hi! We're a group of 3 with a recently open double room to fill for the rest of our tenancy (ending August 2024).
Double room downstairs, other bedrooms are all upstairs. There is a second bathroom with shower through the kitchen downstairs which is pretty much solely yours! Nicely sized garden (needs some work soon), shed, quiet area in general, mostly families around. Bills add up to around £100 each (Including council tax), rent £360.
We're all fairly relaxed, work full-time but enjoy to spend time in communal spaces, cook, watch films & play card games some evenings.
No pressure to socialise, we all like our own space too and don't mind if you prefer to be solitary but would love to socialise if that suits you :)
