Hi!
We are looking for a 6th housemate to join our 2nd year housing! We currently study at UEA and shared accommodation in 1st year. There are 3 guys and 2 girls and we are looking for another girl to join the 6th room - we study English literature, history, computer science x2 and engineering!
The house has 4 bathrooms (2 occupied en-suites), a spacious, modern kitchen, a living room and dining area, as well as a conservatory and a garden. There is parking available as well. There are other amenities such as a cleaner and a gardener. Bills are included through unihomes, and as students there will be no council tax.
UEA is a 25 minute walk away and there are bus stops nearby! There’s a co-op and an aldi within a 10 minute drive.
