Bedroom set up for sleep / study with wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, office chair, bed, mattress & protector, locked cycle shed, HMO Registered and fully compliant. UNI campus 15min walk, N&N Hospital 25min walk or catch bus near house which goes to Hospital and Norwich City. One parking space off road with no permit required for verge parking.
Immediate response by Landlord if ever a problem.
Council Tax Band B but no council tax payable if student exemption certificate (available to all UNI students).
No recent photos as student's decision to leave was sudden and do not wish to disturb remaining students at exam time.
