Double room in modern student house

We are a house located in the Golden Triangle, Norwich. This is a 4-bedroom home in a residential area of Norwich, that is a 5-minute walk from Chantry place. There is a kitchen (with a washing machine), living room, toilet and storage cupboard on the ground floor; two bedrooms and a storage cupboard on the first floor; and two bedrooms, a storage cupboard and a communal bathroom (between three of us) on the top floor. We have a patio garden with furniture as well. The room we are looking to fill comes with a desk and chair, double bed, bedside table and built in wardrobe, and is on the first floor.
