I am a live in landlord with a spare double room to rent. My current house mates all work in academia / research in some form or another. I work at UEA one day a week, my housemates both work at NRP.
It is a cosy room but plenty of storage space and loft access for long term storage.
Cleaner included in the price.
We have a large kitchen, a separate dining room and lounge.
All rooms have desk space
PhDs or post-docs preferred (note no student discount for PhDs)
No shift workers.
