The house has a shared bathroom and kitchen. All main bills are covered in the monthly rental.

There is an Aldi Supermarket (currently being upgraded) and a host of other shops in the immediate vicinity.
The house currently has two ladies from overseas working in the care industry and successful applicants need to share cleaning responsibilities. This is a quiet house and current tenants sometimes work night shifts.
