Double room in nice house with lovely garden

I'm looking for someone reasonably clean and tidy, but otherwise no strong requirements or preferences. It's a nice quiet room, about 3.5 x 3 m, with excellent memory foam mattress and decent clothes storage. The current chest of drawers can be replaced with a desk if you prefer. Full shared access to rest of house and garden. About 20 minutes walk to centre of city, and shops etc just round the corner. I have a cat. Get in touch if you're interested.
