We are moving out of this lovely spacious 2 bed, 2 bathroom (1 en-suite) flat on Unthank Road in a converted townhouse at the end of August/early September and need someone to take over the tenancy.

The flat comes with one main bathroom with rainfall shower, an en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom (which itself is very spacious), a large living room with a really nice Bay Area, and a large fully fixtured kitchen too (washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer, etc).

The flat also has its own garage with a parking space in front of it (and room for additional guest parking shared with the other flats), and an incredibly calm, beautiful garden that is technically shared with the other flats but only used by us (as two of the other flats have their own dedicated garden, and the other two are either never there or too elderly to use it).

Really nice spot on Unthank Road, short walk to the city, landlord is really lovely, modern neutral feel throughout. It’s been a really nice home and we’re sad to be leaving it.

Rent may be slightly higher than advertised as they said it might go up with a new tenant, but currently finding out and will update the ad when I do.
