The rent for this room is £200 per week but £150 if you are only in residence Monday to Friday. If you take it for a month or more it is £500 pcm. All rates are all inclusive of bills.
This large double room shares a super-duper bathroom with 2 other residents but there is a separate downstairs toilet as well. You will also have the use of a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and freezer. There is a large garden out back with shaded seating srea, patio and pond but parking is out front on the street, although there's not usually any shortage of spaces.
In the room itself there is a mini fridge, kettle, TV and desk. I can also provide a microwave for you if you would like one. This property is situated in the North Eastern quadrant of Norwich so the A47 is easily accessible. There are excellent cycle routes throughout Norwich with online maps easily accessible to all destinations like the Norfolk and Norwich hospital and UEA University, both of which are about 30 minutes away by bike or 15 mins by car. The property is situated on a bus route and the buses run past every 20 minutes or every hour at weekends. You can comfortably walk in to the centre of Norwich in 30 minutes.
There are numerous convenience stores and food take aways locally so you'll never not be able to get a meal or milk for a cuppa even if you're working shifts!
I am not looking for a long term let. This is a quiet residential area and my son works away from home in the music industry most of the time so when he is home is he is likes to decompress. Please contact me for further details.
