Double room available in two bed house

NR3, this is a lovely house! The room is bright and open, can come furnished or unfurnished. One bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a front room not yet used for much! I have a cat (seen in the pictures), his name is Beaumont and future housemate will not at all be expected to care for him, but will be expected to give him plenty of love and attention. The whole house is furnished with furniture my past housemate and I got together. We have all white goods too.
I'd prefer another female, but I am not closed off to men, but will be very picky and will prioritise any women.
I am open minded, easy going, creative and quite introverted. I'd love a housemate I feel comfortable hanging out with, eating dinner with, chatting with, or watching a movie with (though these arent essential).
