Small double room in quiet friendly household

Furnished bright small double room available for a lodger in a 2 bed house in Norwich / Catton. There is a front and back garden, with folding chairs if wanted to sit outside, and Catton Park is nearby. There are also bus routes close by including to Norwich and Cromer.

The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared. Bills would be split 50 - 50, and would be: gas, electric, water and internet (no council tax). There's no TV or TV licence, so if wanted to watch it, would need to buy a TV licence for yourself if that's ok. The room contains a small wardrobe and small double bed, chair, table and shelving. The room gets great sunlight especially in the afternoon/evenings. The cooking facilities in the kitchen are two electric hotplates and a mini oven, and there is a washing machine, fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle.

I'm a fairly quiet person but like a chat too. I would be mindful and considerate, and looking for the same. I would prefer the house to be quite quiet during daytimes on weekdays if possible, and also have sensitivities to chemicals so would need to live with someone who would be willing to consider avoiding using chemical-based products at home that might get in the air (own toiletries are fine, thinking more like scented candles, cleaning chemicals, fragranced laundry liquids - I have some alternatives) - happy to discuss!
