Double Room In NR1 Townhouse

We have a double room available to both students and professionals in a townhouse near the city center in NR1 (golden triangle area). We're looking for somebody who potentially shares our interests and would vibe in our home. We generally keep to ourselves and are tidy but like hanging out together sometimes in the evenings or on weekends.

Alex is interested in biology, evolution and genomics and loves nature. She also draws, writes, and engages in fantasy worldbuilding.

Celeste enjoys programming, playing piano, and languages. She engages somewhat in local politics, and loves to read.

We are most likely going to be joined by our friend Serena (who is lovely), so are looking for a 4th person. All of us are avid gamers so yes there will be fast internet. We're super lgbt friendly, and if you're some form of vegetarian/vegan Cel will be biased towards you but it's by no means a requirement.

The rent is £350 per month not including bills, which are expected to be around 100-150 per person per month. There is a shared living area and two bathrooms, one with a shower on the ground floor and one with a bathtub on the first floor. The available room is on the first floor. We have a clothes washer too. If you're not a student you will have to pay your share of the council tax.
