Double bedroom to let

I have a lovely large double bedroom to let in Lakenham in a nice and quiet ground floor flat (not in a block of flats, only one above).
My flat has all mod cons including high speed internet, large kitchen with all appliances, dinning area, and I have recently redecorated throughout.
The bedroom has also just been decorated and has had brand new carpet fitted, double bed with new mattress, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and comfy chair.

I live on my own and I am looking for a professional who works days as I work from home some of the daytime. I spend most evenings at my partner’s place, so although you’re always welcome in the lounge when I’m there, you will be able to enjoy the whole space most evenings when I’m not.
I also have a very nice garden where you could have a barbecue or relax.

I am very clean ,organised and quiet, and I am looking for the same. Gender is not important, but I would like someone who is looking for an easy-going person to share a flat with, and who will help me look after the place.
