FEMALE “BUDDY-UP” BUDDY WANTED FOR BEAUTIFUL 2-BED IN NR2… OR SIMILAR UNFURNISHED/PART-FURNISHED FLAT (c. £550-700pcm)

I’m looking for a female non-smoker who is currently seeking a rental that will really feel like her own place here in Norwich or surrounding areas.

This is my current 1-bed, which we could trade up for a near-identical 2-bed which is becoming available (furnished or unfurnished) in the same NR2 block very soon.

Are you:

✅ out at work or Uni for part / all of the working week?

The living room of the 2-bed is HUGE (what’s pictured here is just my smaller 1-bed version). The furnishings are my own and landlords wherever I’ve lived have always allowed me to redecorate so it would be a beautiful shared project and can be personalised to both of our tastes 🤗

I’m keen to find a suitable sharer & agree a September or October move-in…. Or to take on a similar new-build elsewhere in/around the Norwich area.

Your share of rent (excl bills) will likely be £550-700pcm. Bills here are low as it’s very well insulated (EPC B). The managing agent for the block is LOVELY. I’ve been here for a year on my own and realise I prefer sharing and having the company of an intelligent, easy-going other.
